The work includes constructing a below grade reinforced concrete foundation with spill containment walls, installation of a polyethylene storage tank, ferric chloride compatible pump system, steel roof structure, emergency shower/eyewash stations, chain-link fence, gates, stairs, and various electrical conduit, water and chemical piping, cables, wiring, and other appurtenances necessary for a functional system. The chemical pump system includes control and alarm panels with Owner furnished equipment for connection to the existing SCADA system.The work also includes extending power cables and conduits from the existing motor control center in the pump station to contractor provided electrical panels. The work also includes tapping the existing water service line and extension to the emergency showers. The pump station must remain operational throughout the work. Documents
