The Ministry of Seniors, Community and Social Services (SCSS), Procurement & Resource Management, North Zone is seeking proposals from multiple qualified Proponents to provide a combination of Career, Employment and Information Services (CEIS), including but not limited to Resource Centre Access, JobPlacement, Exposure Courses, Workforce Development, Workshops and Employer Services to Albertans located in Northwest Alberta. The proposed service locations include Grande Prairie, Hinton, Edson, Whitecourt, Slave Lake, and Peace River. CEIS help Albertans to understand the labour market, to makeinformed career decisions, develop realistic education, training and employment plans to prepare for, find and maintain work. CEIS uses a client-centred, individualized and collaborative approach. For clarity, this RFP is a Contract selection process and is not intended to be considered a solicitationpursuant to Alberta Government's Procurement and Sole Sourcing Directive or other trade agreement obligations. This RFP serves to provide contract funding to entities that align with the goal and intent of this initiative as determined at the discretion of the Province.
