Tender Details

Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the construction of Intake Pumphouse Upgrades for Uranium City. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 p.m., C.S.T., Thursday, June 12th, 2025 and will be opened immediately thereafter. The work includes: .1 removal of existing equipment, including mechanical and electrical devices; .2 reservoir improvements; .3 refurbishment of the existing building and structure, including patching and repairs, painting of all surfaces, site improvements, and related building features; .4 installation of all mechanical, electrical, and process equipment, including vertical turbine pumps, ultra-violet disinfection, chemical injection, motor control panel, control systems, and provisions for standby power; .5 provisions for temporary water supply for the community; .6 clean up of site. .7 repair of defects in workmanship and / or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work.

Additional Information:
General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Consulting Engineer. A virtual pre-tender site meeting will be held June 5th, 2025 at 10 am. A meeting invitation will be provided upon request. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
