Purpose and Objectives
The Veteran Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) requires a qualified contractor to provide disposal services, to include the disposal of hazardous waste, non-hazardous chemical waste, specialty waste, dual waste, universal waste, used oil, emergency spill response services, and lab pack services.
The Government intends to award a contract for these services with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the Government-s discretion.
This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, located in Ann Arbor MI, as market research for planning purposes.
A draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW), as well as the estimated quantities for each waste type, is attached - this is the only information available at this time.
