The Authority is looking to establish an Open Framework (Works) to to deliver a range of minor and major work projects (projects in excess of £1Million) across the Authorities corporate estate, which are dispersed throughout North Yorkshire divisions, these divisions are Selby, Harrogate and Knaresborough, Skipton, Yorkshire Dales, Ripon, Richmond, Stokesley, Thirsk and Northallerton, Easingwold, Malton, Norton and Pickering, North York Moors, Whitby, Scarborough and Filey. These works will include: New Build Developments; Major Refurbishments or Extensions; Infrastructure Projects; Housing or Public Building Construction; Renovation or Refurbishment; Demolition; Installation of Systems (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing); Maintaining and Works Relating to Heritage Assets; Public Realm Works and Sustainability and Environmental Improvement Projects
