North Technical Center _ Architect mandate As part of the Pôle Technique Nord project, the contract subject to the call for tenders concerns the services for the Architect's Mandate for phases SIA 31 to 53 according to the description of the Specifications. GA has chose an AND for execution. The services of the Architect representative for the construction phases (SIA 51 to 53) will be those of support as quality AMO. The construction project concerns part of the buildings in the northern zone: * In firm section: OAE Building (operations, track maintenance and horticulture), BATO I Building (GA mechanics, IBA storage), SSLIA Annex (operational support and training), Industrial Recycling Center, OAE Recycling Center and IEL Storage Building. *Sliced conditional: BATO II building (Assistance agent mechanics (AA), BATO III building (GA locksmith, FM locksmith and Lettering center). The mandate includes the services of: · Architect · Coordination / General management of the project · Facade specialist (possibly subcontractor) · Acoustic specialist (possibly subcontractor) · Fire protection expert (possibly subcontractor) · Building physicist (possibly subcontractor) · DGNB coordinator (possibly subcontractor) · Environmental specialist (poss. sous-traitant) · Low carbon specialist (possibly subcontractor).
