The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide consulting services for the review of existing data, inspection and condition assessment, and development of rehabilitation recommendations for the northern sanitary sewer line (Pipe B) of the North Siphon, which conveys wastewater beneath the South Saskatchewan River.
