Nordsøkvarteret - Urban development of several urban neighborhoods in Outer Nordhavn Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn I/S (hereafter "Client") hereby publishes a project competition for the preparation of a master plan for several urban districts in Ydre Nordhavn (hereafter "Project area"). By & Havn must initiate the urban development of the next stages in Nordhavn, specifically areas in outer Nordhavn, north of Skudeløbet and Skudehavnen, totaling approx. 74 ha. The future urban development involves a staged planning for everything approx. 900, 000 etm. mixed construction, which is expected to be developed towards 2040. The urban development of the next areas in the outer Nordhavn is a continuation of the development and transformation that has taken place in the inner Nordhavn since 2008 and which is still ongoing. The first local plans for the next stages in Ydre Nordhavn are expected to be adopted in 2029. The main objective of the urban development in Nordhavn is to realize good, varied and experience-rich city quarters, where residents and businesses thrive, and where we share the space along the harbour. The new city quarters must be developed as an extension of the city districts that have been established or are under development in Nordhavn today. The finished district is expected to be certified to DGNB Platinum for urban areas.
