2. Provide a revised Statement of Work (SOW) titled ‘2.5.1_Sol_A1_SOW_Revised_70B03C26R00000045-. Sections 2.3, 3.2.1.5, and DID A016 of the SOW have been revised to reflect consistency with answers as provided in the Q&A document. This revised SOW supersedes the previously provided SOW.
3. Extend the proposal submission deadline until April 10, 2026 at 05:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Solicitation number 70B03C26R00000045 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Large Scale (LS) Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) Relocatable Passenger Vehicle Scanning Systems (RPVSS) in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (Solicitation Attachment 2).
