There are currently around 60 PhDs active at Wetsus, with various analysis using "Targeted Triple Quad LCMS" are measured. For some future projects, unknown demolition products must be measured, which Wetsus would like to do with a High Resolution Accurate Mass Nontargeted LCMS system. Typical unknown dust classes would be PFAS, Medicines/Drugs, Insecticides/Herbicides, Sacharides, Proteins, Metabolites and Antibiotics. But other substances/dust classes will probably also present themselves in the future.
