Description of the service: The non-residential Socio-Educational Intervention Service (SIS) in the municipality of Polinyà follows a model that includes five lines of services: 1. Support service for families with children aged 0 to 3 at risk. 2. service of daytime care.3. Intervention service with families with children and adolescents at risk. 4. Socio-educational support service for teenagers at risk. 5. Itinerant socio-educational intervention service. The object of this contract proposes the application of one of these five lines: 2.
