The tender procedure consists of two phases: the selection phase and the quotation phase. In the selection phase, candidates are selected who are allowed to submit a quotation in the quotation phase. The scope of the assignment is: • Design in the established corporate identity of the municipality of Zaanstad, subdivided into: o Designing offline communication tools, including at least: brochures, posters, (wall) stickers, leaflets, flyers, advertisements, infographics. o Designing online communication tools, including at least: banners, social advertisements, (PowerPoint) presentations, digital fact sheets, accessible PDFs. o Designing creative, effective concepts in the established corporate identity and the various (offline and/or online) communication tools that result from it arise. • Advising on the design of the requested means or means in relation to the purpose, the target group and the message that must be conveyed. see tender documents.
