Non-invasive Analysis Platform for Rapid Screening of chemical/biochemical effluents from Flow Chemistry Research StationsThe analysis platform of the “Flow Chemistry Research Stations” (Module 1) must be capable of receiving a portion of the effluent from the station via a third-party fluid diverter (not a part of this RFP) and reporting composition of matter of the effluent portion to a third-party controller software (also not a part of this RFP). uOttawa will procure/build/supply the diverter and the controller for the fulfilment of the analytical workflow that is in this RFP. The analytical techniques must be capable of rapidly measuring composition of matter from effluent concentrations as low as 10 mg/mL in 10 seconds or more data acquisition time. The proponent is permitted to propose more than one measurement techniques if proponent-s current product portfolio includes multiple detectors that the proponent believes either acts as complimentary measurement techniques or makes analytical data superior to a single measurement technique. The proponent is encouraged to provide a clear persepective on fluid communication among the measurement techniques and the integrability of the proposed measurement platform to a third-party controller.Data from the analytical platform would allow uOttawa to A. optimize flow parameters. B. perform lead optimization. C. advance PAT for rapid online analysis. The majority of effluents from the “Flow Research Stations” would involve fine ch...
