The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51523Q00000013 for the requirement of 4th Quarter Non-Food Supply items. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424130. Items will be FOB destination with delivery no later than July 17th, 2023.
The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
