Impact/Outcome/Summative; and Economic/Value for Money.
 Assessment: Needs/Situational analysis; Baseline, Mid-line, End-line
(non-evaluative), Gender and Power Analysis; Knowledge, Attitude &
Practices (KAP) survey, Organisational or Institutional capacity (OCA)
