THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) in coordination with the Defense Centers for Public Health - Aberdeen(DCPH-A) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, with Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Centrall, LLC 110 S HILL ST SOUTH BEND, IN 46617-2702 as the only responsible source that can provide Non-Drinking Water Sample Analysis services.

Eurofins currently performs drinking water sample analysis services for the Government and possesses the laboratory capability, accredited testing infrastructure, qualified personnel, established quality assurance processes, and reporting systems necessary to immediately perform the required non-drinking water sample analysis services. Due to Eurofins' existing support of related laboratory requirements and ability to rapidly assume performance, the Government has determined that Eurofins represents the source best positioned to ens...
