Tender Details
The purpose of the procurement is to carry out building upgrades and changes. Dagsrudgata 6 in Nome was established in 1972 and which in its time was built as a treatment department for Telemark County Municipality. Today, the building's main floor is a day center for people with special needs. Lower floor accommodates cowmmune's aid centre, technical room and room for caretaker. Some used by the day center as well. The building has 2 floors with an area on each floor of approx. 600m2. The works include: • Installation of a lifting platform between the floors with the work it entails. • Delivery/installation of new doors to safeguard brcell division.• New fire-classified ceilings/asbestos remediation of existing Asbestolux sheets in the same area.• Replacement of sub-distribution cabinets and establishment of a new course for the lifting platform.• Replacement of roof with new roof ridges, additional insulation, roof rails and thatching.
