Description
The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price modification to existing FCC Contract 273FCC18C0015 to SamKnows, Inc, a large business. The purpose of the modification is to develop and incorporate additional functionalities into an existing mobile speed test app (and provide associated support and maintenance) necessary for the Broadband Data Collection (BDC, formerly known as the Digital Opportunity Data Collection) broadband mapping effort required as part of the Broadband DATA Act, as well as optional services for future program transition activities. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12- to 18-month period. The total estimated value is $600K.
