notice is hereby given by the british columbia emergency health services (bcehs), operating british columbia ambulance service (bcas), of its intent to extend its' existing service agreement with summit helicopters ltd. ("the contractor") for dedicated helicopter air ambulance services for the kamloops for up to six additional months from june 1, 2018.
