Reference #: NOI #2026-145 - Modular Office Complex Overview of Contemplated Contract: Notice is hereby given that the District of Lake Country (the “District”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to BOX Modular (Black Diamond Group Ltd) (the “Supplier”) for the supply and installation of a modular office system at a location in Lake Country, BC for use as part of the District-s Public Works operations. The high-level details of the equipment and services to be provided under the contemplated contract are generally described below: Supply of both; a 60x44 ft purpose-bult office complex and 10x52 ft field office using a modular system. Supply and installation of foundation materials across 57 points. Delivery of all equipment to site in Lake Country, using pilot car system. Building complex installation and assembly, including block & level, plus interior / exterior finishing. Supply and installation of plywood skirting around buildings with vents. The District intends to enter into the contract for the above-mentioned equipment and services, by April 17th 2026.
