Tender are invited for The contractor will develop and build an operational ground station that tracks Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) satellites (e.g., GPS-USA, Galileo-European Commission, Glonass-Russian Federation, Beidou/Compass-China) operating in Medium Earth Orbits (MEO). Operationally, this ground station will receive, process and relay 406 MHz distress beacon signals from those tracked MEO satellites to the US SARSAT program's Mission Control Center (USMCC), via US Government provided communication links, for valiThe Government has provided the site information necessary to submit proposals in Attachment 4 - SUSA MEOLUT SITE INFORMATION.

The Government will make every effort to ensure Offerors are given access, as necessary, to be conducted no later than six (6) calendar days before the offers are due.
