NO-26-04 Project manager for Regional development forum Nord-Østerdal
Background and purpose Intermunicipal political council Nord-Østerdal (IPRNØ) has established the Regional Development Forum (RUF) as an arena for follow-up and implementation of the regional business and energy strategy for Nord-Østerdal. The strategy will contribute to increased value creation, business development and regional cooperation. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with an external project manager who also takes care of the secretariat function for the Regional Development Forum. The supplier must contribute to progress, coordination and follow-up of the strategy's goals through the development and implementation of concrete projects and measures. Scope The assignment includes project management and secretarial functions for the Nord-Østerdal Regional Development Forum, including planning and case preparation for the steering group, follow-up of the regional business and energy strategy, coordination of measures and projects, reporting on progress and goal achievement, as well as planning and implementation of 2-4 regional development forums per year.
