Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with LS/TR Disposal Boxes. The contractor shall provide the requested LS/TR Disposal Box as required by the specifications.
This requirement will be solicited as total small business set aside, in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 - Total Small Business Set-Asides in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
