ÚNMZ - Electronic file service system The subject of the public contract is the design and delivery of a new electronic file service solution (eSSL), including ensuring the management and maintenance of eSSL from the date of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), ensuring further development and additions eSSL functionality according to the requirements of the contracting authority (Development) and other services according to the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation. The subject of the performance of the public contract is further described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation. The technical specification contains the client's requirements for the form of the new eSSL solution, its operation and service support. The cited requirements are supplemented by a list of functional and non-functional requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of public procurement.
