The winning bidder shall:
1 Deliver the feeds not beyond two (2) months from manufacturing date.
2 Delivered feeds must be free from insects and contaminants.
3 Store the feeds in one area/warehouse and facilitate the validation test analysis of DA RFO8 FCAL prior to delivery schedule
4 Deliver the items should be delivered 15 days upon receipt of Purchased Order at the San Miguel Experiment Station, Brgy. Caraycaray, San Miguel, Leyte
5 Inform the end-user at least (3) working days before the Scheduled date of Delivery
6 Abide with the right of the DA/End-user to reject replacement of non-compliant to specifications within seven days (7) after delivery
7 Any delay of delivery of the items shall be subjected to liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the contract price per day of delay of the undelivered items
8 Payment shall be made after complete delivery, inspection, acceptance and submission of necessary documents required...
