Description : This project consists of the infrastructure improvements for the existing Nāʻiwa subdivision, which will create 66 agricultural lots. The existing infrastructure within the project site includes unpaved roads with water mains and an underground telecommunications system. The proposed improvements will involve the construction of paved roads, irrigation mains and laterals, storm drainage infrastructure, and overhead electrical system. Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
