The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Nine (9) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Camera for PMS Field Units and Subcentral Units (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Nine Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Two Pesos and 25/100 (P1, 932, 752.25) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 03 June 2025 at 12:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return ;
d. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney .
