Description

ACC-APG is posting a DRAFT Request for Proto-type Proposal (RPP). This RPP and attachments describes the the prototype development of the Night Vision Device - Next (NVD-N). The NVD-N prototype development will be executed through the use of a competitive Other Tranaction (OT) agreement, under 10 USC § 4022 - Authority of the Department of Defense to carry out certain prototype projects, to design NVD-N systems, develop NVD-N manufacturing processes, fabricate prototype systems according to the design and processes, and test those prototype systems in order to validate the design and processes with respect to the NVD-N Performance Specification and in accordance with (IAW) the SOW.

ACC-APG is requesting feedback from industry on the RPP and asscociated documents. We will not be responding to any questions. Please submit your feedback via email with an attached MS Word document with comments, suggestions, clarification, etc.
