Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a 9-seater car adapted to transport disabled people. The car is to be designed to transport 9 people including the driver, and adapted to transport 1 disabled person in a wheelchair. The car must be brand new, free from defects and in good condition conditions for admission to road traffic, in accordance with applicable regulations.2. The vehicle must have an EC certificate of conformity as a passenger car intended for the transport of disabled persons, including one in a wheelchair, issued by a statutorily authorized body, and must meet the conditions set out in Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended).3.
