This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-RFP-115 Niagara Talent Attraction Campaign, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Deliverables include the development and implementation of a talent attraction campaign that promotes Niagara as a premium place to live, work, invest and grow. The successful proponent will be responsible for supporting campaign strategy, creative development, campaign messaging, video production and cutdowns, digital advertising, media planning and buying, advertorial or sponsored content coordination, landing page content support, campaign tracking, reporting and related materials that direct audiences to WelcomeToNiagara.com. The campaign should be designed to increase awareness of Niagara among prospective residents in key domestic and select international markets, while aligning with Niagara Economic Development-s broader investment attraction objectives and the campaign platform, “What If Niagara Was Next? Find more to live for.”
