NGS sequencing platform for the department of pathology at St. Olav's hospital HF
The solution is to be used for clinical diagnostics of DNA and RNA from FFPE samples and ctDNA, with a fully automated workflow from library preparation to sequencing, bioinformatic analysis and reporting integrated on one and the same instrument. There should therefore not be separate solutions or modules, but one unified platform that handles the entire process. The system must be available with CE-IVD/IVDR-approved panels where this is available, and contribute to a robust, scalable and future-oriented strengthening of the laboratory's NGS-infrastruktur.
