The subject of the public contract is the provision of comprehensive next-generation sequencing (NGS) services for the purpose of: - Whole-exome DNA sequencing (WES) - Sequencing from prepared DNA/RNA libraries for the research of mutations and changes in gene expression - RNA sequencing - Target transcriptome sekvenování - 3'-end RNA-sequencing. The purchase of sequencing services is required within the framework of projects from the Agency for Health Research (AZV), a project from the institutional support of the Ostrava University Hospital, a project of FNO branch councils, a strategic of the LERCO CZ.10.03.01/00/22_003/0000003 project and a Sanofi donation.
