This Sources Sought Notice is to determine the presence of any businesses capable of satisfying a requirement at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC for Hematologic Malignancy Next Generation Sequence (NGS) complex specialized testing and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing and analysis of patient specimens.

BACKGROUND
The Hematology department at Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center s Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service (PALMS) requires a one-year, firm fixed price contract for Hematologic Malignancy Next Generation Sequence (NGS) complex specialized testing and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing and analysis of patient specimens. NGS testing is an advanced test methodology at the gene level for detecting various forms of diseases through patient blood specimens. Testing shall provide detailed gene test results of at least 600 targeted genes and produce detailed treatment plans. This contract is needed for Hematology providers to obtain repeat NGS testing that may not be covered under the VA National Precision Oncology Program (NPOP) national contract, for patients with changes in their diagnosis.
