This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Quote and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Government is currently conducting market research in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 10 to identify potential small business sources to fulfill the requirement and gather information on current capabilities of businesses within the market. All information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division is conducting market research to identify small business sources capable of providing the supplies relevant to the requirement needs described herein for the National Geodetic Survey (NGS). This requirement will develop a scalable and repeatable processing framework capable of generating authoritative coordinates for geodetic reference points (GRPs) associated with Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) not currently included in existing National Geodetic Survey (NGS) multi-year coordinate solutions.
