Amendment 03: The purpose of this Amendment is to: (1) title page - update the Due date to October 25th, 2024. (2) Update section 4 - with new proposal due date of October 25th, 2024. (3) update Section 6.1.1 with new proposal due date of October 25th, 2024. (4) update Section 6.1.1 VII. Price Proposal - provide an update to the price proposal sample format. (5) Section 6.1.2 CLIN 008 - Updated section with minimum value. (6) update Section 7 Factor 3 - Price to be consistent with the new price proposal format. (7) Provided additional responses to Questions. (8) Model Contract - SF26 and Section 16, updated been updated with the correct page numbers.
