The device is intended to perform targeted sequencing, exome sequencing, whole genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing and multiomics-requiring cell profiling of human-derived sample materials. The device produces information that supports cancer diagnostics and guides cancer treatment. AVITI24 is currently the only device on the market that can meet the technical and cost requirements set for the device to be purchased. The special requirements of the device are as follows: The device can extensively sequence gene libraries prepared with reagents from different manufacturers from fresh and FFPE samples. Sequencing capacity at least 1 B sequence/40Gb-480Gb in one run, sequencing length at least 2*150bp, possibility of multiplexing samples from tens to several hundreds of samples in one run, sequencing cassettes of different sizes must be available (75bp, 150bp, 300bp), device use must be easy and highly automated (ready-packaged reagent kits), devices...
