Revitalization of Kahriz Water Supply System

1. Maximum working depth of horizontal directional drilling equipment Hmax = 20 m;

2. The length of the hoses of the hydraulic pump L = 25 m;

3. The maximum diameter of the pipe being pulled through is D = 400 mm;

4. Maximum length of controlled drilling is L = 200 m;

5. Drilling in the soils of categories I-IV.

6. Horizontal Directional Drilling Equipment spare parts kit should ensure the drilling of horizontal

wells with a total length of 40, 000 m and installation of PE pipes.
IOM will respond to any request for clarification received on or before 17:00 AZT 20.08.2020 - 5 (five) calendar days before the deadline (17:00 AZT, 25.08.2020) for submission of quotation. The response including description of the clarification will be given to all Suppliers who received this General Instruction, without identifying the source of the inquiry
Delivery Site and Period of Delivery

The goods should be delivered at the following delivery site/s:

Baku, Azerbaijan, (CIP incoterms 2010, ) Customs point.

Delivery period shall be within proposed date indicated in RFQ by the selected Company upon signing

of the Purchase Order or Contract.
Quotation shall be submitted by email to the above address on or before 17:00 AZT, 25.08.2020. Late Quotations will not be accepted.
IOM may grant an advance payment equivalent to maximum of 15% of the Contract Amount upon submission of a claim and a Bank Guarantee for the equivalent amount valid until the goods are delivered and in the form provided in Annex E. The bank guarantee may be waived if the advanced amount is less than USD Ten Thousand Dollars (USD10, 000)
