The planned ambulance station is a partly two-storey building with a flat roof with the floor area and room groups presented below (updating plans and construction): - on the ground floor with a floor area of 422 m2, communal spaces, warehouses, medical room, bathroom rooms, car storage and laundry, as well as the station manager's office and the stairwell, - on the 222 m2 upper floor, black and white, men's and women's changing rooms, wet rooms and rest rooms are planned, and can be accessed from the pedestrian area pergolas rooftop terrace. Dombóvár new ambulance station - design and construction Planning task: Based on the time that has passed since the creation of the existing plans, it is necessary to update the existing plan package, which includes the modernization of the execution plans and the need also updating and supplementing the authorization plan package. At the same time, the construction permit procedure must be conducted again (together with other establishment permits if necessary) given that the existing construction permit expires in January 2026 It is valid until 5 and the license cannot be extended. The modernization of the plans applies to all relevant disciplines: architecture, supporting structures, low- and high-current, mechanical engineering, utilities, road construction.
