New Prestfoss Kindergarten The purpose of the construction is to provide new, time-efficient and sufficiently large premises for the kindergarten's use. The building is dimensioned for space for expanding the number of children compared to the current places. The new kindergarten has been designed with all on one level, universally designed. 3 departments will be built, a common area and a personnel department. In terms of construction, it is planned to have slabs on the ground, traditional half-timbering and generally wooden panels inside and out. Roof construction is planned with trusses and roofed with roofing tiles. Outdoor areas are planned to be developed with play equipment, asphalted and gravel paths for cycling, sandboxes, some planting and grass. Stalls and space for renovation under roof will also be built. The outdoor areas must fenced in. In order to make room for the desired position on the new building, existing VA lines to the north of the site must be moved. This is done in a separate contract that is put out to tender in advance of this. Towards the end of the contract phase, the existing building Tislebakkveien 36 will be demolished as part of this project and the site developed into a parking space for employees and parents who will deliver/pick up children. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a contractor for a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407, detailed design and construction until the premises are completed. Framework permission has been granted for the building 10/6-2026. Furthermore, the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority's consent has been given 30/4-2026.
