Tender Details

The subject of this small-scale contract for construction work, awarded in the form of a closed tender, is the construction modifications of the existing building, which is used as a clubhouse for the association PZKO Písek. The building is structurally and partially operationally connected to the kindergarten building. The plan envisages a total reconstruction of the building with a new extension on the first floor. The building consists of two floors - underground (accessible from the side), above ground (main) and attic spaces. The underground (original) is accessible from the side of the building - from yard The main floor with the PZKO premises is and will be accessible from the front. The ground spaces will be accessible in the same way as they were originally, i.e. also from the front side (from the newly created terrace) through a doorway located approx. 2.88 m above 0.000 m (above the main entrance in the gable puppy). Access to these spaces will be through a mobile ladder. Also access to the roof. The order is not divided into parts.
