New Plymouth District CouncilNPDC is looking for a contractor that has expertise in sewer pump station construction. A Green Card holder will be required to connect into NPDC existing infrastructure. This work will include hazardous work such as, deep excavations and de-watering and heavy lifting. The work also involves complexity of installation by directional drilling for one pipe section. NPDC is looking for a contractor that has proven construction industry Health, Safety and Environmental risk management capabilities in alignment with best practices. Good communication with stakeholders and especially site neighbours and iwi will be particularly important. The contractor should have a good collaborative attitude, align with NPDC's values and have the ability to achieve high quality construction outcomes on a compact and complex site. NPDC is in the process of seeking one Resource Consent for this project site and the expectation is that consent shall be granted. This notice was published directly via the New Plymouth District Council E-Tendering portal.
