New object of the gynecology-obstetrics complex - Construction contractor
The subject of the public contract is the realization of the work "New object of the gynecological-obstetrics complex", according to the project documentation for the issuance of a joint permit, which forms an appendix to tender documentation No. 2 and subsequent project documentation for the execution of the construction forming the annex to tender documentation No. 4 and under the conditions resulting from the valid joint permit forming the annex to tender documentation No. 3 (hereinafter referred to as "Construction" or "Work") in the contractor's premises during its operation and related necessary construction and engineering activities.
As a result of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the work (including other documents that make up the contract for the work) according to the Contractual Conditions for the construction of civil and engineering structures designed by the client, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) and other documents forming the work contract.
A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the annexes to the procurement documentation.
