New object of the gynecology-obstetrics complex - Construction contractor The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work "New object of the gynecological-obstetrics complex", according to the project documentation for the issuance of a joint permit forming the procurement annex documentation No. 2 and subsequent project documentation for the implementation of construction forming an appendix to procurement documentation No. 4 and under the conditions resulting from a valid joint permit forming an appendix to procurement documentation No. 3 (hereinafter referred to as "Construction" or "Work") in the contractor's premises during its operation and the related necessary construction and engineering activities. The result of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the work (including other documents that make up the contract for the work) according to the Contractual Conditions for the construction of land and engineering buildings designed by the client, the so-called FIDIC RED BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) and other documents forming the contract for the work. Detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in the tender documentation appendices.
