The current UNICEF innovation platform (UNICORN) is scheduled to expire in late 2026.The expiration of the existing contract presents a strategic opportunity for UNICEF to refresh and future-proof its innovation infrastructure, ensuring alignment with current and next-generation capabilities while maintaining UNICEF-s leadership role in innovation across the humanitarian and development sector. The new platform will serve approximately 5, 000 users, from across UNICEF's geographical footprint, at go-live (with growth potential) and must integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce CRM, to minimise friction and maximise adoption.
