BIDDERS DAY INVITATION The purpose of the project is to renew the HTC and its infrastructure. At the facility of the Center for Man in Aviation (CML), a HTC is located inside of existing infrastructure. The current HTC and its infrastructure is outdated and needs to be replaced. The HTC is an electric driven long arm centrifuge with a gondola attached. In the gondola a chair, video- and audio equipment and a display is installed. Also a monitoring system to monitor the student/ pilot inside of the gondola. A two-way communication ensures the communication between the student/ pilot and the trainer/ doctor The purpose of use of the HTC includes, but is not limited to: • Pilot screening and selection • Training of Anti-G-Straining Manoeuvres (AGSM) • Evaluation of individual G-tolerance • Training with G-protection measures • Testing of G-protection measures • Physiological research This upcoming tender includes the design and built of the new infrastructure at the facility location of the CML and the Delivery, Installation, and set to work of a HTC, which is future-proof. The HTC must maintained for twenty years. Bidders day The purpose of this bidders day is to invite the industry, exchange knowledge, ask questions about the possibilities and ask for advice about possible solutions. At the same time, we want to use this moment to introduce the international suppliers of the HTC to possible Dutch construction companies for the construction of the infrastructure.
