New housing offer at Skallerne, Albertslund Albertslund Municipality and Albertslund Boligselskab v/Bo Vest jointly want to develop and build a new housing offer for developmentally disabled adults. The new housing offer will consist of up to 40 homes. The housing offer must be that new homes for the citizens on the existing housing options Herstedøster Sidevej and Humlehusene. The new housing offer is being built at Skallerne in Albertslund. The tender includes the turnkey contract for the execution of AB Skallerne and is offered as a tender with negotiation since the contract includes design.
