Tender Details

In 2022, HVC took over the collection activities of Stadswerk072. As part of this takeover, the workshop on Herculesstraat was also taken over. However, this location is not available as a structural housing solution for HVC. To To provide future-proof housing, a building plot was purchased on Olivijnstraat in Alkmaar in 2023. Based on further research, it was decided to jointly house the BU Collection, including the workshop function, with the BU Logistics in one new commercial building to be constructed at this location. With the development of this new building, all employees of Logistics and Collection Alkmaar, including the associated equipment and fleet, will be housed in one central location.
