INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER Dear participants! Bohdana Khmelnytskoho, 118 D in Dnipro. ObjectAddress: Dnipro, ave. Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, 118 Floor height of the pavilions: one floor. Type of work: New construction of trade pavilions. Completion period: 2.5 calendar months. Penalties for exceeding the deadline. Date of commencement of construction works: at the first request of the Customer, but no later than 15.06.2026. Concise list of works Preparatory works: organization of the construction site — delivery, rental and maintenance of the household premises (battery) and bio-toilet; installation of a temporary fence of the construction site from corrugated board on metal poles with the manufacture of gates; installation of protection of the facade of the operating mall with OSB plates on a wooden frame; dismantling of the FEM tile while preserving the material; development of soil and trenches for strip foundation and monolithic slab; soil compaction; rent an excavator and truck crane. Foundation and floor: installation of formwork; installation of the film in the trench; arrangement of a pillow made of crushed stone; reinforcement of structures (strip foundation, slab, embedded parts); concreting of strip foundation and monolithic slab; dismantling of the formwork; lateral waterproofing of the strip foundation; insulation of the base and slab; installation of the membrane on the plinth; backfilling of the soil; reinforcing the floor with a grid; arrangement of screed 100 mm; priming and covering the plinth with tiles.
