Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the new construction of an administrative building and road construction facilities. The building is designed as a one-story system modular building with a steel supporting structure and a secondary roof. The object will be based on basic passports. The exterior facade of the building is completed with a contact insulation system (ETICS) with external colored plaster. The main entrance to the building is located on the west side of the building. From the vestibule there is a corridor from which there is direct access gradually from the left side along the perimeter of the corridor to the security room, the room control room, manager's office, kitchen with dining room, second office, bedroom for the possibility of sleeping over the night shift, sanitary facilities for men (dressing rooms and bathrooms) and cleaning room / technical room. There is also access from the corridor to the toilets for men and to hygienic facilities for women (toilets, showers and changing room). This is not a production facility. The building has a capacity of 24 people. Construction work
