Tender Details

The current school building of the Princess Beatrix School in Heemstede is technically and functionally outdated. That is why the municipality of Heemstede intends to realize replacement housing for the primary school. It will be a school for 290 students. The new one housing becomes an attractive and gas-free building. The program includes approximately 1, 670 m2 gross floor area. On the plot there is an existing building of Les Petits Kinderopvang, which is to be retained, in which toddler care and after-school care is offered. This building is located outside the scope of the Assignment, but will be physically connected to the new building. After-school care (approx. 2 groups) is also offered in dual use in the new building. The TWijs Foundation is the Client and Contracting Authority for this Assignment. The replacement new building will be realized at the current location of the school at Von Brücken Focklaan 2 in Heemstede. The current school building must be demolished (by the contractor resulting from this Tender). See also the selection guidelines.
